Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
As a dropshipping store, products are sourced from trusted suppliers and shipped directly to customers.

Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah): 7–15 business days

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within Saudi Arabia generally do not incur additional customs charges. If any government-imposed fees or taxes apply under local regulations, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
