• Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

As a dropshipping store, products are sourced from trusted suppliers and shipped directly to customers.

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah): 7–15 business days

• Other Areas in KSA: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number (if available).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped within Saudi Arabia generally do not incur additional customs charges. If any government-imposed fees or taxes apply under local regulations, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
